After 14 years at Crewe Alexandra Steve Walker will fill the gap vacated by Matt Brown's summer move to Derby County

During his time at Crewe he worked alongside Dario Gradi as part of the academy set up

In an interview made shortly after his appoitment he said "i cant wait to get started, as soon as i met the management i knew i wanted to be part of this ambitious club"
