Albion claimed the highest league scalp in their history by beating Championship club Middlesbrough on Saturday to reach round four, where they will travel to Turf Moor, for the first time.
"We had the draw on at the ground with a good crowd of people and when they came out there was a little bit of disappointment, but they are a good side," said Peschisolido.
"We've beaten an ex-Premier League side in Middlesbrough and Burnley were there last season, so we will go up there with confidence.
"We take pleasure in every piece of history we make and these are exciting times for the club."
