Boss Paul Peschisolido believes Burton are making good progress in their second campaign as a Football League club, despite being a point worse off than at this stage last season. Albion have won only three of their 11 league games and sit 12th in the table with 14 points, but Peschisolido insists that record does not tell the whole story. "In a way, it is disappointing that we are a point down at this stage but I still believe we are performing better on more occasions and that we are making good progress," said the Canadian. "We had a decent start last season but found it difficult to keep things going in the second half of the season. This time we are still doing okay but the big difference is that we have much more potential to get better as the season progresses. "Even in the games we have lost we have given a good account of ourselves, which wasn't always the case last season. All the defeats have been by a single goal and you could make a case for us deserving to get something out of all of them. "I have always said that this season is all about making progress and I think performances prove we are heading in the right direction."
