Harrad took his goal tally for the season to 13 with a double against Middlesbrough to knock the Championship club out of the competition on Saturday.
"Shaun is invaluable to us at the present time and I've said all along I don't want him to leave the club," said Peschisolido. "I still hope I can persuade him to stay but every time he does as well as he did against Middlesbrough then it's bound to create more interest in him."
Albion have so far confirmed two offers for Harrad, who could leave as a free agent when his contract expires in the summer. A bid from League Two rivals Northampton was followed by another from Blue Square Bet Premier title hopefuls Crawley.
Harrad, however, is not thought to be interested in a move unless it involves stepping up to a higher standard.
"Shaun has shown he can score against a Championship side and I know that is the sort of level he would like to play at but who knows what will happen?" said Peschisolido. "My ideal would be for all the speculation about Shaun to take a rest now until the summer."
